Nyamira County PSB Launches Online Recruitment Portal
The Nyamira County Public Service Board is pleased to announce the launch of its new online recruitment portal. This platform provides a centralised, digital-first environment through which all future vacancies within the Nyamira County Government will be advertised, and through which all applications must be submitted. The portal replaces the previous paper-based application process and is designed to make the recruitment experience faster, more transparent, and accessible to all qualified Kenyans.
To apply for any advertised position, candidates must first create an account on the portal, complete their applicant profile — including academic qualifications, professional certifications, training history, and employment experience — and then submit applications directly online. Physical applications, hand-delivered or posted, will no longer be accepted. The Board strongly encourages all prospective applicants to register early and complete their profiles before vacancies are advertised so that they are ready to apply without delay when positions of interest are published.
The portal also enables applicants to track the status of their applications in real time, from submission through shortlisting, interview scheduling, and final notification. This transparency is central to the Board's commitment to an accountable and open recruitment process. All vacancy advertisements and recruitment communications will be published exclusively through this portal going forward.
