Nyamira County Public Service Board provides a platform for group management, member contributions, financial tracking, and related services. By using the platform, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering and using the platform.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or any part of the platform.
• Not use the platform to transmit spam, malware, or malicious content.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Keeping your password secure and not sharing it with others.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk.

Nyamira County Public Service Board enables groups to manage memberships and financial records. You acknowledge that:

• Group administrators are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the platform.
• Nyamira County Public Service Board acts as a software tool and is not a licensed financial institution or payment processor.
• Financial records in the platform are for management purposes only and do not constitute legal accounting statements.
• Members have a right to access data about their own contributions and records within their groups.

Some features of Nyamira County Public Service Board are available under paid subscription plans:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
• Failure to pay subscription fees may result in restricted access to premium features.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

All content, features, and functionality of Nyamira County Public Service Board — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our platform's source code or design.
• Use our brand, name, or logo without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Nyamira County Public Service Board is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for data loss caused by your actions or third-party service failures.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Nyamira County Public Service Board at any time if you:

• Violate any of these Terms of Service.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
• Fail to pay applicable subscription fees.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
