Shortlisting & Selection
After the closing date for applications, the Board's Secretariat conducts shortlisting to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications stated in the vacancy advertisement. Shortlisting is done strictly against the stated requirements — academic qualifications, professional registration, years of experience, and any other specific requirements listed in the advertisement. The process is documented and reviewed to ensure consistency and fairness across all applicants.
Shortlisted candidates are notified through the portal and by email or SMS, and are invited to proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process, which may include written tests, practical assessments, or oral interviews depending on the nature of the position. Candidates who are not shortlisted are not notified individually but can check their application status on the portal. The Board does not enter into correspondence with unsuccessful applicants regarding shortlisting decisions.
